
Once you have your Marquis Supergrip boots, should you have any questions or concerns please do give us a call to discuss.
Exchanges
When you receive your boots, detailed instructions are included to check you
have the correct size. If you buy the wrong size we are happy to exchange
them for a different size - all you pay is the postage, assuming the boots
are in "as new" condition. If you have used the boots before deciding
they are the wrong size we will still exchange them for a small charge.
Adapting
and Adjusting
Supergrip boots are adjustable and can be adapted to fit most horses. For
example, special insoles can be inserted and the air chamber can be moved
higher or lower to ensure correct positioning relative to the heel bulbs.Equestrian
Select can provide detailed instructions for adjusting the boots, or alternatively
the boots can be returned for adjustment for a small charge (plus postage
and any additional parts).
Warranty
Claims
In the unlikely event your boots suffer a fault as a result of material or
manufacturing defect within the first six months, the faulty part will be
replaced free of charge, as long as the defective part is returned to Equestrian
Select. Full details of the warranty are included with the boots.
Returns
Marquis Supergrip are the best alternative to nail on shoes for 99% of all
horses, on the rare occasions they do not suit your horse we will refund the
cost of the boots, subject to the following conditions:
· The full cost of the items purchased will be refunded less a charge
for wear & tear and less an additional 10% restocking fee.
· Items can only be returned within 28 days of purchase.
· Postage cannot be refunded under any circumstances and the buyer
is responsible for returning the products to Equestrian Select.
· Consumables such as insoles, socks, cleaning sprays, etc cannot be
returned.
To
return ANY item (Warranty, Exchange or Return) you MUST first contact Equestrian
Select and obtain a RETURNS NUMBER - this MUST be clearly written on the outside
of the package. Any items arriving at Equestrian Select without a returns
number will be refused and returned to the sender.
