1) This is a hire agreement, the cost of the hire is NOT refundable (at the
discretion of Equestrian Select some of the hire cost may be offset against
the purchase price if the hire boots are purchased at the end of the hire
term)
2) Boots supplied for hire are in good condition used boots and accepting
reasonable wear & tear should be returned in similar condition. Boots
should be washed and dried before returning otherwise a £5 cleaning
charge will be made.
3) No insurance, warranty or guarantee is included
4) The hire period can be extended for a maximum of 4 weeks.
5) It is the users responsibility to ensure the boots are suitable and appropriate
for their horse. Equestrian Select accept no liability or responsibility for
the appropriateness or fit of the boots to a particular horse
6) Consumables (such as insoles) if required must be purchased separately
and are non-returnable
7) The term of the hire agreement is indicated below. It is the users responsibility
to ensure the boots are returned to Equestrian Select by the date due. If
for any reason the boots are retuned late, any additional week or part thereof
will be charged at £12 plus a one-off £5 administration fee.
8) If the boots are not returned within two weeks after the hire agreement,
the user will be charged the full value of the boots as indicated below -
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9) Any loss or damage (excepting normal wear & tear) is the responsibility
of the user and the user will be charged for repairs.
10) If the boots are lost whether be it during use or in the post, the user
will be charged the full value as indicated below. When returning the boots
it is strongly recommended that Royal Mail Special Delivery is used as this
includes insurance.
